To rent a car with HANKAFI CAR, you must provide:

• ✅ Valid national ID card or passport
• ✅ Valid driving license (held for at least 1 year)
• ✅ Bank card in the driver's name (or cash deposit if accepted by the agency)

Generally, the security deposit is pre-authorized (blocked) on your card and released after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage or violation.

Unlimited Kilometers: Unless otherwise stated, all rentals include unlimited kilometers.

Fuel Policy: Full-to-Full. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

• ✅ Fuel costs are the renter's responsibility
• ⚠️ Additional fees apply if returned with less fuel

The vehicle is fully insured (all-risk coverage).

Excess (Franchise): Limited to 5,000 MAD and applies only if the renter is at fault for the accident.

• ✅ If the renter is not at fault: No excess is due
• ⚠️ The renter bears the full cost of damages if no accident report is filed

• ✅ Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• ⚠️ Fees may apply for cancellations within 48 hours
• ❌ No refund for no-shows

• ✅ Additional drivers are allowed with a valid driving license
• ✅ Must meet the minimum age requirement (21 years)
